1. No returns or exchanges are available.

2. Replacement is applicable only for defective products and only if a proper unboxing video is shared within 24 hours of delivery.

3. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method after the product is received back at origin. Shipping charges will be deducted.

4. Emails without the required unboxing video will not be entertained for replacement requests.
